Located at the Xiangshan Campus, it was founded as an affiliation to the China Academy of Art in 1993. It enrolls experienced art workers and art-lovers from the country. Due to the great demands of social development, the school has pursued a series of reforms to enhance its teaching quality and efficiency, to diversify its teaching methods and to strengthen its artistic proficiency. Since its founding, it has nurtured a large number of excellent painters and designers. Now the School provides various programs, such as Image Design and Design Art with their lengths varying from two years to three years.
