A group of 30-odd correspondents from various foreign media agencies visited the Xiangshan Campus on March 28, 2006. The event was jointly organized by the Foreign Correspondents Press Center of the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Foreign Affairs Bureau of the Zhejiang Provincial Government. The correspondents visited classes and labs in the School of Media and Animation. Mr. Song Jianming, Vice President of the China Academy of Art for International Affairs, and Mr. Lin Chao, Executive Associate Dean of the School of Media and Animation, gave introductions to the Academy and the School. Mr. Lin also answered questions from the correspondents on the animation industry in China and the School’s pedagogy.
